📦 Return Window

You may return your wallpaper within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, uncut, and in its original packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

· Custom-sized or personalized wallpaper

· Wallpaper that has been installed, cut, or altered

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@Dwellpaper.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
